Simple Split Centre Pricing
14 night holiday (Saturday to Saturday)
i.e. 7 nights in The Kalkan Regency and 7 nights in The Dionysos
Using the original date of departure, take the 14 night price for each property, add them together and then divide by two. This creates your cost per person to which you add the published rate for a private transfer or self-drive charge between properties. Supplements will be charged as relevant to your properties of choice.

Special Offers
This costing formula is fully applicable to any 'Special Offers'. Simply take the best offer price for each property/room type and apply the formula. The balance for the holiday will be due as dictated by the earliest offer payment term.
Inclusive Items: please note inclusive items are allotted as described in the property description relevant to the holiday duration - i.e. one complimentary gulet cruise is included within a two week holiday for many of our properties. In this case you can decide which property to take your cruise.
If an item is included several times weekly - for example trekking at Oyster Residence - this is additionally included. If a property offers two items you may choose two items in the 14 nights as you prefer.
21 Nights or More: use the formula above for the first two weeks of your holiday, add the 'Extra Week' cost for the property used in the third week and then apply the relevant private transfer or self-drive charge.
