'on the water's edge'

Set right on the water’s edge in Sögüt, Villa Sevdam enjoys fantastic views from every aspect across the water to the Greek island of Symi. The spectacular pool gives the illusion of swimming in the sea itself, and the terrace area provides the perfect vantage point from which to watch the sun go down.

It is impossible to avoid those stunning sea views, wherever you are in the villa.

The highlight is the pool and terrace area. When in the pool it feels as if you are in the sea itself, with the pool terrace providing a glorious vantage point from which to watch the sunset before enjoying a local
meal alfresco.

We say ‘local’ as, if you require, the service includes the opportunity to have the local restaurant prepare and serve breakfast and
an evening meal in situ (payable locally).

As if all of this were not enough, Villa Sevdam shares a jetty with the adjacent Villa Rüyam, and comes complete with its own two-seater kayak to allow you to explore the bay – bliss!
