Explore the Villa

Payam Evi Layout (Three-bedroom villa suitable for up to eight guests - using two sofa-beds)

Access from a single track country lane to the parking area which leads into the gardens.

GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens into an extremely large open-plan room with high ceiling, divided into a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD and CD player, dining area and a large fully-fitted kitchen. A side door opens onto the swimming pool and decked terrace. This terrace is partially covered by an attractive pergola and fully furnished for al fresco dining.

A utility room and separate WC are also located on this level. A staircase leads from the first floor entrance area to the:

FIRST FLOOR
The steps lead up to the second sitting room, the main feature being a huge picture window which affords the most staggering views across the hillside in front and the Bay of Selimye.

To the right is the spacious master double bedroom which affords magnificent sea views from the kingsize bed. French windows open onto a balcony which of course also provides wonderful views. The en suite bathroom comes complete with Jacuzzi bath and shower/WC.

The second (twin) bedroom is almost equal in size again having a picture window and balcony – both with fabulous sea views. En suite shower/WC.

ANNEXE COTTAGE BEDROOM
The spacious third bedroom is housed in its own self-contained building on the far side of the swimming pool. The bed can be prepared as a double or twin as you require (please advise at the time of booking). This bedroom has an en suite shower/WC and a private terrace.

SWIMMING POOL & GARDENS
The house is set in spacious wild grounds of 1,000^m2 and is therefore absolutely private. The grounds surround the house providing a variety of terraces and wild gardens in which to relax at differing times of the day.

The swimming pool has a decked terrace with pool furniture.
