Exclusive Villa Escapes Payam Evi, Selimye, the Bozburun Peninsula, Turkey

We are delighted to finally introduce the picturesque village and bay of Selimye. We say ‘finally’ as we have been keen to include this beautiful region for some time now – indeed our guides have been escorting guests here for many years – however, to date the quality and style of property we seek for our guests quite simply did not exist.

We are pleased to say that following many discussions with the Muhammet – the charming owner of our favourite Selimye restaurant, the well renowned waterfront Sardunya - this situation has now been addressed and a new, very special villa is now available to Exclusive Escapes guests.

Payam Evi sits on the hillside with absolutely breathtaking views across the Bay of Selimye below. As with all our villas, the property has been built as a private residence, thus ensuring not only a spacious and comfortable environment, but a quality of finish well above that of a holiday-let.

Space and light are the pre-dominant themes and Muhammet has been careful to ensure the stunning views are used to maximum effect. Wherever you are in the villa huge picture windows afford stunning views across the bay.

The three-bedroom house is spaciously laid out with two bedrooms located in the main house and a third in its own detached mini-cottage in the garden. These together with the many nooks, crannies, gardens and terraces ensure guests most certainly don’t lack for areas to relax in privacy!

Payam Evi is a welcome addition to our portfolio and already a firm favourite with our guests.
