A steep driveway leads down to the villa. As the villa is built on the hillside, entrance is onto the first floor level directly onto the private swimming pool and pool terrace with outdoor dining area leading into:

FIRST FLOOR
A very large open-plan room divided into a fully-fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The sitting room has a CD player, television (not satellite) and DVD. All areas open onto the pool terrace and floor to ceiling windows ensure a maximum impact from the wonderful sea views.

Also on this floor is:

Bedroom 1
A twin bedroom with a Turkish theme. French windows open directly onto the terrace with sea views. A large shower/WC is situated next to this room.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 2 - master
The master double bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and an elegant en suite shower/WC.

Bedroom 3
A romantic four-poster double bedroom with a large private balcony, of course with sea views.

Bedroom 4
This spacious twin bedroom has a roundel seating area and fabulous sea views from the windows.

Bathroom 3
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a large, Turkish-style, bathroom with a round bath, separate shower and WC.

Steps lead down from the pool terrace to a private terrace with sea views and entrance into:
