Villa prices are displayed per person based on two person occupancy of a villa regardless of the number it actually sleeps. The charge for each additional adult or child in a villa is £475 (regardless of duration).

Private Villa Escapes are priced based on self-catering and include flights, transfers and a jeep, air-conditioned car or 'inclusive item' as indicated in the property description.

Inclusive Items


All prices include flights, transfers, self-catering accommodation and an air-conditioned Fiat Albea, for up to 5 guests for each villa.

Additional complimentary items include: a Courtesy Shuttle Service to Göcek, Göcek Island Beach & water-taxi, an Exclusive Escapes beach towel to keep and a well provisioned Arrival Hamper and a light supper upon arrival (Exclusive Escapes Saturday flights only).

Please note that all bookings are taken on the understanding that not all those flights, properties and services featured in our current brochure and website will necessarily be available in 2009. Specific services will be confirmed online when the 2009 portfolio is released.

Payment Terms

The balance for these special offers is due in full at the time of booking.

We do, of course, understand that not all guests wish to pay the full balance at this stage. Should you prefer to not pay in full, please add 10% to the adult prices and pay a deposit of £200 per person with the balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.
