Entrance is into a large walled courtyard. A very large terrace runs past the house to the swimming pool in front. The terrace leads into the house:

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance from the side terrace is directly into a large rustic fully-fitted kitchen with kitchen table. A door opens into the downstairs air-conditioned twin bedroom.

Also on the ground floor are a shower/ WC and a separate utility room. A door opens from this area directly onto the pool terrace.

Steps lead up to:

FIRST FLOOR
A traditional open-plan sitting area is found at the top of the stairs. A door opens from here onto the large balcony, that runs along the entire front of the house offering fabulous views of the valley.

The spacious air-conditioned master double bedroom and a separate shower/WC are accessed from the sitting area.
