This enchanting rustic cottage is the ideal romantic hideaway. The setting, in the mountains above Göcek, is one of exceptional beauty.

The trails through the forest and surrounding mountains provide ample incentive to venture beyond the walls of the property, but we suspect that many will find that this is the perfect location to simply stop and unwind.

Hand carved gates open to reveal a secret paradise.

The attractive stone cottage is beautifully furnished in a rustic style completely in harmony with its surroundings, whilst providing every convenience you could require. Beautiful though the cottage undoubtedly is it is the terraces and gardens that make Küçük Ev such a special find for us.

The cottage opens onto shaded terraces by the pool. These in turn lead onto a further terrace with ornamental pools where you can relax in a hammock in the shade of a huge Mediterranean oak tree.

As if this were not already space enough for a one-bedroom cottage, Küçük Ev’s wonderful secret is yet to be revealed….

A path winds through the wild gardens to a clearing where suddenly the most wonderful panorama is revealed. The entire Gulf of Göcek lies before you, with its deep blue waters and scattering of green isles stretching as far as the eye can see. The scenery changes with the light as the day progresses, but no time of day can beat the early evening listening to the sound of the forest as the sun goes down over the Gulf as if in a private performance just for you – perfection!
