POOL AREA & GARDENS
The walled garden opens onto the swimming pool and pool terrace with sun beds, shade, an area for alfresco dining and a separate shower/WC. Steps lead down to the wild gardens where plans are afoot to plant a vegetable garden.

GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens onto an open-plan room with double-height ceiling. This room is divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with Satellite TV/ DVD and CD player, dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen. A separate WC is located on this level.

FIRST FLOOR
Internal steps up to the two bedrooms: a master double bedroom and a twin, both with balcony. A bathroom with shower/WC is located between the rooms.
