This house blends so beautifully into its rustic surroundings that its ‘newness’ is not apparent.

Dilan Evi (meaning rustic house/cottage) is yet another of our properties that was originally conceived as a private home. As a result, it provides considerable space both inside and out, with the impressive high-ceilinged wooden-beamed sitting room opening onto a huge pool terrace which overlooks the spacious wild gardens.

The views from the various terraces, and in particular the roof terrace, are wonderful – across the rolling hills in front, down to Kalkan, and out to the sea beyond.

Dilan Evi is well located, enjoying the peace of the small village of Kördere, whilst being only a 5-minute drive from Kalkan, 10 minutes from Kaputas beach, 20 minutes from the endless sands of Patara beach, and just 15 minutes from the mountain villages of Islamlar and Bezirgan.
