Getting Out & About

In our experience, guests rarely venture from the island. However, the harbour town of Fethiye is only a short hop across the water where its Turkish and cosmopolitan delights await your exploration.

Water-taxi Boat Service to Fethiye

The boat service is provided by Ece on Şövalye and is available to Alabanda guests on the Motor Cruiser Captain’s day off (variable weekly) on a complimentary basis during the day. On other days and evenings the boat may be used with charges applicable.

The crossing by fishing boat takes approximately 20 minutes (ten minutes by motor boat). Timings will differ on Saturdays to tie in with arrivals and departures.

Fethiye – Şövalye     12:00 18:30

Outside these times, subject to availability and by prior arrangement, the boat can make additional crossings for the following costs: (Please note that the charge is for the boat, not per person, and this charge can be shared with fellow guests.)

09:00 – 18:00     £10 each way
19:00 – 23:30     £15 each way
00:00 – 08:00     £20 each way

Inclusive Car

To ensure guests have complete freedom an air-conditioned car (Group 1 or 2), is provided for the villa for up to 2 days ech week (subject to availability). Using your vehicle the entire Lycian Coast is easily accessible for your exploration.
