Prices are displayed in £’s per person and include an expert guide, full equipment as relevant and transfers, meals and accommodation as described. Flights are only included under the sub-heading ‘Complete holiday’. Groups are a maximum size of 10 guests with a minimum number of two required for the holiday to operate.

How to Apply ‘Activity Breaks and add-ons’ Prices


ADDING TO A COASTAL HOLIDAY, WHILST KEEPING YOUR MAIN ACCOMMODATION
e.g. 7 nights at the Kalkan Regency with 2 days/ 1 night Sea Kayaking in the middle of the week

Simply add the relevant ‘Activity Breaks and add-ons’ rate above to your holiday cost.

Example Costing (June)

Stage 1:     Kalkan Regency for 7 nights (6 nights use) = £675
Stage 2:     Sea Kayaking 2 days/1 night (as dictated by you at the time of booking) = £230
Total:          7 nights = £905 per person based on 2 person occupancy of a room

INCORPORATING INTO A TAILOR-MADE ITINERARY AS A SEPARATE ITEM
e.g. 14 night holiday: 5 nights/5 days Mountian Trekking & Sea Kayaking then 9 nights Deniz Feneri Lighthouse.

  • Apply the ‘Flexible holiday’ formula to your coastal property of choice - relevant to the duration of your stay at THAT property.
  • Then add the ‘Activity Breaks and add-ons’ rate above.

Example Costing (June)

Stage 1:     1st night in simple accommodation in the region where the trek will begin (unlikely to be an Exclusive Escapes property) = £20
Stage 2:     4 nights/5 days Mountain Trekking & Sea Kayaking = £385
Stage 3:     Deniz Feneri Lighthouse for 9 nights = £790
Total:          14 nights = £1195 per person based on 2 person occupancy of a room

Special notes

  • 1 & 2 night ‘add-ons’ must be added to a coastal holiday cost.
  • 3 nights and above can be incorporated into a tailor-made itinerary.
  • If you wish to begin your holiday with an ‘Activity Break or add-on’ - unless described otherwise in the relevant itinerary - add £20 per person for simple accommodation on the night of arrival. Kindly note this is unlikely to be an Exclusive Escapes property. This is shown in the pricing example above.
